Ingredients
  

  • 10 Cups All Purpose Flour
  • 1/2 Cup Baking Powder
  • 2 Tbsp White Sugar
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 1 1/4 Cups Vegetable Oil

Instructions
 

  • In a large mixing bowl, stir together the all purpose flour, white sugar and salt.
  • Add the vegetable oil and mix together using a fork until the mixture forms small lumps.
  • Store in a mason jar in the fridge or pantry for up to 3 months.
  • Use as required.

Notes

      TO MAKE BUTTERMILK BISCUITS:
  1. Combine 3 cups of biscuit mix with 1 cup of milk or buttermilk.
  2. Stir together to form a dough.
  3. Knead gently 4-5 times and roll out to 3/4 inch thickness.
  4. Cut out each biscuit using a biscuit cutter or cup.
  5. Bake at 450/230C for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
