Ingredients
  

  • 1 Tbsp Butter
  • 1 Cup White Onion chopped
  • 2 tsp Garlic minced
  • 2 lb Ham cooked & cubed
  • 3 Cans Pumpkin Puree
  • 1 Carton Chicken Broth
  • 2/3 Cup Cream
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Fresh Thyme
  • 1/2 tsp Fresh Rosemary

Instructions
 

  • Melt the butter in a skillet or frypan, add the onion and garlic, cook until soft.
  • Place the softened onions and garlic into the slow cooker.
  • Add all the other ingredients: ham, pumpkin puree, chicken broth, cream thyme, black pepper, and rosemary.
  • Set the slow cooker to low and cook for 8-10 hours.
  • Serve with crusty bread and top with roasted pumpkin seeds
