- 1 Tbsp Butter
- 1 Cup White Onion chopped
- 2 tsp Garlic minced
- 2 lb Ham cooked & cubed
- 3 Cans Pumpkin Puree
- 1 Carton Chicken Broth
- 2/3 Cup Cream
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 tsp Fresh Thyme
- 1/2 tsp Fresh Rosemary
Melt the butter in a skillet or frypan, add the onion and garlic, cook until soft.
Place the softened onions and garlic into the slow cooker.
Add all the other ingredients: ham, pumpkin puree, chicken broth, cream thyme, black pepper, and rosemary.
Set the slow cooker to low and cook for 8-10 hours.
Serve with crusty bread and top with roasted pumpkin seeds
