Homemade Potato Chips
Homemade Potato Chips in the microwave, super easy recipe, and only uses a few ingredients that will already be in your pantry or store cupboard.

Ziploc Bag

Mixing Bowl
- 1 Cooking Spray
- 1 Tablespoon Vegetable Oil
- 1 Large Potato thinly sliced
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
Pour the vegetable oil into a Ziploc or plastic bag, add the potato slices, and shake until all the slices are fully coated with oil.
Lightly grease a large plate with cooking oil spray and lay the potato slices in a single layer on the plate (cook in smaller batches to ensure no slices overlap).
Cook in the microwave on high for 3-5 minutes until lightly browned.
Place the chips in a large bowl, sprinkle with the salt, and toss them until evenly seasoned.
Repeat with the remaining potato slices until they are all cooked.
The chips will become crispy as they cool down.
