Instructions
Mix the eggs, garlic, feta cheese, spinach, and turkey together in a large mixing bowl until fully combined.
Transfer onto a surface and form into 8 patties.
Place in the fridge for 1 hour to firm them (optional).
Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, and add the patties.
Cook for 8-10 minutes on each side until they are browned and fully cooked.
