FRIDGE: Place in an airtight container and store for up to 3 days.

FREEZER: Place in an airtight container and store in the freezer for up to 3 months.


REHEATING: Spinach and Feta Turkey Burgers

STOVETOP: Place in a skillet with a little olive oil, and heat on medium heat for 2-3 minutes on both sides.

OVEN: Place in an ovenproof dish and cover, cook at 350F/180C for 10-15 minutes

MICROWAVE: Place in a microwave-safe dish and cook on full power for 1-2 minutes.

INGREDIENTS 

2 Eggs (mixed)

2 Cloves Garlic (minced)

1/2 Cup Feta Cheese

1½ Cup Spinach (thawed & drained)

2 lbs Ground Turkey

2 Tablespoons Olive Oil


INSTRUCTIONS 

1. Mix the eggs, garlic, feta cheese, spinach, and turkey together in a large mixing bowl until fully combined.

2. Transfer onto a surface and form into 8 patties.

3. Place in the fridge for 1 hour to firm them (optional).

4. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, and add the patties.

5. Cook for 8-10 minutes on each side until they are browned and fully cooked.
