1 Banana
3 Large Strawberries
1 tablespoon Vanilla Yogurt
1 teaspoon Honey

Optional: Chia Seeds, Chopped Walnuts, Blueberries (or your favorite topping)


INSTRUCTIONS:

How to Make Banana and Berry Smoothie

1. Place all the ingredients, milk, banana, strawberries, yogurt, and honey in the blender.

2. Blend on full for 1-2 minutes.

3. Pour into a glass to enjoy right away or store in the fridge until required.

4. Serve sprinkled with Chia Seeds and Chopped Walnuts, and add layers of Sliced Banana and Berries. Or add your choice of favorite toppings.
