Teriyaki Turkey RECIPE

INGREDIENTS 

1 1/2 lbs Turkey Steaks (sliced)

1 Cup Olive Oil

1/2 Cup Soy Sauce

1/4 Cup Brown Sugar

1 1/2 tsp Ginger (minced)

1 tsp Garlic (minced)

1 Tbsp Honey

1 Tbsp Sesame Oil

3 Tbsp Mirin

3 Tbsp Corn Starch

1/4 Cup Water (cold)


INSTRUCTIONS 

1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet or fry pan on medium heat.

2. Place the turkey slices into the pan and cook for 4-5 minutes on both sides until browned, then remove from the heat and set aside.

3. To make the teriyaki sauce, place the remaining ingredients in a saucepan and mix well until fully combined.

4. Bring to a boil over medium heat, once boiled reduce to low heat and lightly simmer for 3-4 minutes until thickened.

5. Transfer the turkey slices into the sauce, and toss until fully coated.

6. Top with sliced green onion and sesame seeds, and serve with fluffy rice or noodles.
