Tzatziki Sauce

STORAGE: Tzatziki Lamb Burgers

FRIDGE: Place in an airtight container and store for up to 3-4 days.

FREEZER: Place in an airtight container and store in the freezer for up to 3 months.


REHEATING: Tzatziki Lamb Burgers

STOVETOP: Place in a saucepan, and heat on medium heat for 2-3 minutes on both sides.

OVEN: Place in an ovenproof dish and cover, cook at 350F/180C for 10-15 minutes

MICROWAVE: Place in a microwave-safe dish and cook on full power for 1-2 minutes.

Tzatziki Lamb Burgers RECIPE

INGREDIENTS 

(2 servings)
1lb of Ground Lamb
1 tsp of Ground Paprika
1 tsp of Sea Salt
1/2 tsp of Ground Pepper
1 Tbsp of Coconut Oil
2 Cups of Green Salad
For The Tzatziki Sauce
1 Cup of Organic Greek Yogurt
1/2 English Cucumber (shredded)
1 Tbsp of Fresh Dill (chopped)
1 Clove of Garlic (minced)
Pinch of Sea Salt & Ground Pepper


INSTRUCTIONS 

1. In a large bowl combine the ground lamb, paprika, sea salt, and pepper and form 4 patties.

2. Heat the coconut oil in a large pan on medium heat, place the burger patties in the pan, and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side.

3. In a small mixing bowl, combine the greek yogurt, shredded cucumber, dill, garlic, salt, and pepper.

4. Remove the burger patties from the pan, and lay them on a bed of green salad, pour some of the tzatziki over the top.

5. Serve with sliced red onion and tomatoes on the side.
