FRIDGE: Place the granola cups without any fillings in an airtight container and store them for up to 3-5 days.

FREEZER: Place the granola cups without any fillings in an airtight container and store them in the freezer for up to 6 months.

REHEATING: Breakfast Granola Cups

OVEN: Place the granola cups without any fillings in an ovenproof dish and cover, cook at 350F/180C for 5 minutes

MICROWAVE: Place the granola cups without any fillings in a microwave dish and cook on full power for 1 minute.


Breakfast Granola Cups RECIPE

INGREDIENTS 

1 1/2 Cups Rolled Oats

1 tsp Salt

1 tsp Cinnamon

1 Cup Maple Syrup

1/2 Cup Coconut Oil

1 tsp Vanilla Extract

1 Egg White

FOR THE FILLING

1 Cup Greek Yogurt

Blackberries, Blueberries, Strawberries, and Raspberries (sliced)

INSTRUCTIONS 

1. Preheat the oven to 350F/180C and grease the muffin tray.

2. In a mixing bowl combine the dry ingredients: rolled oats, salt and cinnamon.

3. Add the wet ingredients: maple syrup, coconut oil, vanilla and egg white. Mix well.

4. Press 2 tablespoons of mix into each muffin cup to form a cup shape.

5. Bake for 30 minutes in the preheated oven until crispy.

6. Allow to cool for 5 minutes.

7. Fill each cup with a spoon of Greek yogurt and top with a selection of sliced berries.
