Tips For Homemade Egg Noodles

  • Use a pasta roller or pasta cutter instead of a rolling pin when rolling out the dough and cutting the noodles.
  • Let the noodles air dry before cooking, this will help them to stop being mushy when cooked.
  • Don’t over-knead. the dough, knead it just enough to pull it together. If you work it too much the noodles may be tough when cooked
  • Let the noodles air dry before storing.
