Ingredients
  

  • 2 Cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 4 Egg Yolks

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl sift the flour, salt, and baking powder.
  • Make a well in the flour mix and add the egg yolks.
  • Begin mixing the eggs with a fork, and work outwards incorporating the flour. Mix until all ingredients are moistened to a sticky dough.
  • Place on a well-floured surface and press into a ball and cut in quarters.
  • Roll out each quarter to 1/4 inch thickness, then cut to desired width and length using a knife or pizza cutter.
  • Lay on a cooling rack or dish towel to dry, then repeat the same process for the remaining dough.
  • To cook, boil for 2-5 minutes until softened, and add your favorite toppings or add the noodles to your favorite dish.
