Easy Homemade Biscuits RECIPE

INGREDIENTS 

2 Cups All Purpose Flour

1 Tbsp Baking Powder

1 Tbsp White Sugar

1 tsp Salt

1/4 Cup Vegetable Oil

3/4 Cup Milk

INSTRUCTIONS 

1. Preheat the oven to 425F/220C

2. In a large mixing bowl, stir together the all purpose flour, white sugar and salt.

3. Add the vegetable oil and mix together using a fork until the mixture forms small lumps.

(Alternatively, you can use a food processor to blend all the ingredients together)

4. Slowly add the milk and mix using a fork until it resembles a dough.

5. Remove from the bowl onto a lightly floured surface and fold over 8-10 times.

6. Using your hands, flatten the dough to 1 inch thickness.

7. Cut the biscuits using a biscuit cutter (a cup or glass can be used).

8. Place biscuits on a baking sheet and Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
