Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 lbs Turkey Steaks sliced
  • 1 Cup Olive Oil
  • 1/2 Cup Soy Sauce
  • 1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp Ginger minced
  • 1 tsp Garlic minced
  • 1 Tbsp Honey
  • 1 Tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 3 Tbsp Mirin
  • 3 Tbsp Corn Starch
  • 1/4 Cup Water cold

Instructions
 

  • Heat the olive oil in a large skillet or fry pan on medium heat.
  • Place the turkey slices into the pan and cook for 4-5 minutes on both sides until browned, then remove from the heat and set aside.
  • To make the teriyaki sauce, place the remaining ingredients in a saucepan and mix well until fully combined.
  • Bring to a boil over medium heat, once boiled reduce to low heat and lightly simmer for 3-4 minutes until thickened.
  • Transfer the turkey slices into the sauce, and toss until fully coated.
  • Top with sliced green onion and sesame seeds, and serve with fluffy rice or noodles.
