- 1 1/2 lbs Turkey Steaks sliced
- 1 Cup Olive Oil
- 1/2 Cup Soy Sauce
- 1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp Ginger minced
- 1 tsp Garlic minced
- 1 Tbsp Honey
- 1 Tbsp Sesame Oil
- 3 Tbsp Mirin
- 3 Tbsp Corn Starch
- 1/4 Cup Water cold
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet or fry pan on medium heat.
Place the turkey slices into the pan and cook for 4-5 minutes on both sides until browned, then remove from the heat and set aside.
To make the teriyaki sauce, place the remaining ingredients in a saucepan and mix well until fully combined.
Bring to a boil over medium heat, once boiled reduce to low heat and lightly simmer for 3-4 minutes until thickened.
Transfer the turkey slices into the sauce, and toss until fully coated.
Top with sliced green onion and sesame seeds, and serve with fluffy rice or noodles.
