- 10 oz Bunch of Kale washed & dried
- Olive Oil Spray
- 1/2 teaspoon Sea Salt
Preheat the oven to 325F/163C, and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cut the stalks off the kale leaves, and tear the leaves into bite-size pieces
Spread the leaves in a single layer on the baking sheets.
Spray them with olive oil and sprinkle them evenly with sea salt.
Place in the preheated oven and cook for 20-25 minutes until dry and crispy.
