Ingredients
  

  • 10 oz Bunch of Kale washed & dried
  • Olive Oil Spray
  • 1/2 teaspoon Sea Salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 325F/163C, and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Cut the stalks off the kale leaves, and tear the leaves into bite-size pieces
  • Spread the leaves in a single layer on the baking sheets.
  • Spray them with olive oil and sprinkle them evenly with sea salt.
  • Place in the preheated oven and cook for 20-25 minutes until dry and crispy.
