Ingredients
  

  • 2 Cups of Lettuce Leaves
  • 2 Slices of Cooked Bacon chopped
  • 1 Hard Boiled Egg quartered
  • 1/2 Cup of Cucumber chopped
  • 4 oz of Chicken (cooked & Sliced
  • 1/2 Avocado sliced
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • Pinch of Salt and Pepper
  • 1/4 Cup Chopped Peanuts optional

Instructions
 

  • Wash the lettuce leaves and place them in a large salad bowl.
  • Sprinkle the chopped bacon over the lettuce leaves, and place the chopped cucumber over the top.
  • Arrange the slices of chicken, avocado, and boiled egg.
  • Drizzle the olive oil on top and add salt and pepper if desired.
  • Scatter chopped peanuts or macadamia nuts over the top (optional).
