Ingredients
  

  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil spray
  • 9 Eggs
  • 9 Bacon or Ham Slices
  • 1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/2 Cup Heavy Cream
  • 1/2 Black Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 400F/200C.
  • Spray each cup in the muffin pan with oil, next line the base of each muffin cup with the bacon/ham slices.
  • Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese evenly into the base of each cup.
  • Add 1 egg into each cup, then drizzle over with 1 tsp of heavy cream.
  • Sprinkle with black pepper and bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes, until the eggs are cooked to your preference.
