Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400F/200C.
Spray each cup in the muffin pan with oil, next line the base of each muffin cup with the bacon/ham slices.
Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese evenly into the base of each cup.
Add 1 egg into each cup, then drizzle over with 1 tsp of heavy cream.
Sprinkle with black pepper and bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes, until the eggs are cooked to your preference.
