Baked Pumpkin Seeds Recipe

Super easy using just 3 ingredients it takes a few minutes to put together and then 30 minutes in the oven.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 Cups Pumpkin Seeds washed & dried
  • 1/4 Cup Seafood Seasoning or your favorite seasoning
  • 2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil Spray or your preferred oil

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 300F/150C
  • Rinse the pumpkin seeds using a colander, lay them out on a paper towel, and pat dry.
  • Spray a large baking sheet with the cooking oil, and spread the pumpkin seeds out evenly in a single layer. Spray over the top of the seeds with more cooking oil.
  • Sprinkle the seafood seasoning evenly over the seeds
  • Place in the preheated oven and bake for 30 minutes until fully baked, stirring halfway.
  • Allow them to cool slightly before eating.
