Baked Pumpkin Seeds Recipe
Super easy using just 3 ingredients it takes a few minutes to put together and then 30 minutes in the oven.

- 4 Cups Pumpkin Seeds washed & dried
- 1/4 Cup Seafood Seasoning or your favorite seasoning
- 2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil Spray or your preferred oil
Preheat the oven to 300F/150C
Rinse the pumpkin seeds using a colander, lay them out on a paper towel, and pat dry.
Spray a large baking sheet with the cooking oil, and spread the pumpkin seeds out evenly in a single layer. Spray over the top of the seeds with more cooking oil.
Sprinkle the seafood seasoning evenly over the seeds
Place in the preheated oven and bake for 30 minutes until fully baked, stirring halfway.
Allow them to cool slightly before eating.
