Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup Almond Flour
  • 2 Tbsp Erythritol (or any Sweetener)
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • Pinch of Sea Salt
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/4-1/2 Cup Almond Milk (unsweetened)
  • 2 Tbsp Avocado Oil
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Instructions
 

  • Place all the ingredients, into a mixing bowl.
  • Using a whisk, mix all the ingredients until the mixture forms a smooth batter.

  • Heat a dry frypan or skillet.

  • Using a scoop or a tablespoon, place a circle of the batter mixture into the frypan or skillet.

  • Cook for 1-2 minutes or until it is firm enough to flip over, then using a spatula flip over and cook the other side for a further 1-2 minutes, or until browned to your liking.
