- 1 Tbsp Avocado Oil
- 1 Onion
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 Tbsp Sea Salt
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 lb Coleslaw Mix
- 1 Can Copped Tomatoes
- 6 Cups Beef Broth
- 1 Tbsp Italian Seasoning
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 2 Bay Leaves
Set the Instant Pot to saute and add the almond oil.
Heat the almond oil in the Instant Pot, add the onions and saute until softened
Add the ground beef along with the sea salt and black pepper, cook until the ground beef is fully cooked and brown.
Next add the remaining ingredients: coleslaw mix, chopped tomatoes, beef broth, Italian seasoning, garlic powder and bay leaves. Stir thoroughly to fully mix everything together.
Place the lid on the Instant Pot and set it on high for 20 minutes.
Next allow natural pressure release for 5 minutes, then use the quick release. Remove the bay leaves and serve
