Preheat the oven to 350F/180C and lightly grease the bundt pan.
Heat the cooking oil in a skillet or fry pan, add the bacon slices, and fry for 2-3 minutes on each side, remove from the pan and allow to cool, crumble into smaller pieces and set aside.
Next place the shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese into a mixing bowl, and mix together evenly using a fork.
Cut a biscuit into 4 triangles and flatten each triangle, fill each one with 1 tsp of cheese and 1 tsp of bacon, and fold into a ball to make the bomb. Repeat with all the biscuits.
Melt the butter in a mixing bowl, and mix in the crushed garlic and the Italian herbs.
Dip each bomb into the butter mixture, and place in the greased bundt pan.
Place in the oven, bake for 30-45 minutes until browned.
Serve while hot and gooey!
