Ingredients
  

  • 1 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 1 Large Onion diced
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 Can Condensed Cream of Celery Soup
  • 1 Can Condensed Cream of Potato Soup
  • 1 1/2 Cans Milk
  • 1/4 tsp Dill dried
  • 1/2 lb Shrimp shelled & de-veined
  • 1/2 lb White Fish cut into large cubes
  • Chopped fresh parsley

Instructions
 

  • Heat the vegetable oil in a saucepot.
  • Add the onion and garlic powder and cook until tender.
  • Pour in the celery soups, potato soup and milk. Bring to a boil and stir in the dill.
  • Now add the shrimp and white fish. Cook for a further 5 minutes over low heat until the fish is thoroughly cooked.
  • 5, Garnish with parsley and serve.
