Ingredients
  

  • 2 Cups Almond Flour
  • 1 Cup Erythritol powdered
  • 1/2 Cup Cocoa Powder
  • 1/4 Cup Collagen Protein Powder
  • 1 & 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1/4 Cup Coconut Oil melted
  • 1/2 Cup Almond Milk unsweetened
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Cup Dark Chocolate Chips sugar free

Instructions
 

  • 1.Preheat the oven 350F/177C
  • In a mixing bowl, place the almond flour, powdered erythritol, cocoa powder, collagen protein powder and sea salt. Stir all the dry ingredients together.
  • Next pour in the melted coconut oil and almond milk, stir until fully mixed.
  • Add the eggs and vanilla extract, mix in using a whisk.
  • Add 3/4 (save some to sprinkle on top later) of the dark chocolate chips, and fold in using a spatula or spoon.
  • Line a muffin tin with parchment liners.
  • Using a scoop or spoon, place the mixture into each muffin cup, fill almost full leaving a small gap for the muffins to rise.
  • Sprinkle the remaining dark chocolate chips on the top of each muffin cup.
  • Place in the preheated oven for 25 minutes.
