Garam Masala Recipe

This recipe is super easy and is made using ground spices that you most likely already have in the store cupboard.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Tablespoon Ground Cumin
  • 1 1/2 Teaspoons Ground Coriander
  • 1 1/2 Teaspoons Ground Cardamom
  • 1 1/2 Teaspoons Ground Black Pepper
  • 1 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Ground Cloves
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Ground Nutmeg

Instructions
 

  • Place all the ingredients, cumin, coriander, cardamom, pepper, cinnamon, cloves, and
  • nutmeg in a mixing bowl.
  • Mix the spices together using a spoon, until all the spices are evenly mixed.
  • Place the mix into an airtight container, and store it in a cool, dry place for up to 6 months.
