Garam Masala Recipe
This recipe is super easy and is made using ground spices that you most likely already have in the store cupboard.

- 1 Tablespoon Ground Cumin
- 1 1/2 Teaspoons Ground Coriander
- 1 1/2 Teaspoons Ground Cardamom
- 1 1/2 Teaspoons Ground Black Pepper
- 1 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
- 1/2 Teaspoon Ground Cloves
- 1/2 Teaspoon Ground Nutmeg
Place all the ingredients, cumin, coriander, cardamom, pepper, cinnamon, cloves, and
nutmeg in a mixing bowl.
Mix the spices together using a spoon, until all the spices are evenly mixed.
Place the mix into an airtight container, and store it in a cool, dry place for up to 6 months.
