- 1/2 Cup Soy Sauce
- 1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp Ginger minced
- 1 tsp Garlic minced
- 1 Tbsp Honey
- 1 Tbsp Sesame Oil
- 3 Tbsp Mirin
- 3 Tbsp Corn Starch
- 1/4 Cup Water cold
Place all the ingredients in the saucepan and mix well until fully combined.
Bring to the boil over a medium heat, once boiled reduce to a low heat and lightly simmer for 3-4 minutes until thickened.
Remove from the heat and use immediately or allow to cool and store for later.
If storing, pour into an airtight jar and refrigerate.
