Ingredients
  

  • 3 Cups Rolled Oats
  • 1/2 Cup Almonds sliced
  • 1/2 Cup Pecans halves
  • 1/2 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon powder
  • 1/2 Cup Coconut Oil melted
  • 1/2 Cup Honey
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 3/4 Cup Dried Cranberries

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350F/180C and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the oats, almonds, pecans, sea salt, and cinnamon. Stir to blend.
  • Pour in the coconut oil, honey, and vanilla. Mix well, until all the ingredients are coated.
  • Spread the granola onto the lined baking sheet, and use a large spoon to spread it in an even layer.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until lightly golden, stirring halfway through. The granola will further crisp up as it cools.
  • (for chunks of clumpy granola, press the stirred granola down with your spatula to create a more even layer).
  • Remove from the oven and allow to cool for 30- 40 minutes.
  • Top with the dried fruit and stir to mix it up.
  • Serve with your favorite toppings or add to your favorite yogurt!
