Preheat the oven to 350F/180C and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the oats, almonds, pecans, sea salt, and cinnamon. Stir to blend.
Pour in the coconut oil, honey, and vanilla. Mix well, until all the ingredients are coated.
Spread the granola onto the lined baking sheet, and use a large spoon to spread it in an even layer.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until lightly golden, stirring halfway through. The granola will further crisp up as it cools.
(for chunks of clumpy granola, press the stirred granola down with your spatula to create a more even layer).
Remove from the oven and allow to cool for 30- 40 minutes.
Top with the dried fruit and stir to mix it up.
Serve with your favorite toppings or add to your favorite yogurt!
