Homemade Maple Pancake Syrup

Ingredients
  

  • 3/4 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/4 Cup White Sugar
  • 3/4 Cup Water
  • 1/2 Cup Corn Syrup light
  • 1/2 tsp Maple Extract
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract

Instructions
 

  • In a saucepan, add the brown sugar, white sugar, water and corn syrup.
  • Bring to a boil on medium heat and simmer for 5-6 minutes until the mixture begins to thicken.
  • When thickened, remove from the heat and add the maple extract and the vanilla extract
  • Allow to cool for 10-15 minutes, then decant into a mason jar or a serving jug.
  • Serve over pancakes, waffles or French toast.
