Place the bread crumbs in a large mixing bowl, and add all the other ingredients (salt, black pepper, paprika, celery salt, garlic salt, basil, parsley, and oregano).
Stir together until all the ingredients are fully combined.
Store in an airtight container until use.
To use, place 1 cup in a zip-loc bag and add 3 Tablespoons of vegetable oil, seal the bag, and shake all ingredients together, add your choice of meat to the bag, and shake to fully cover.
