Ingredients
  

  • 6 Jalapenos
  • 1/4 Cup Cheddar Cheese (shredded)
  • 1/2 Cup Cream Cheese
  • 1/4 Cup Green Onions (chopped)
  • 2 Cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 Tbsp Cilantro (chopped)
  • 1/2 Cup Bacon Bits (cooked)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 400F/204C.

  • Cut the jalapenos in half, deseed the jalapenos and set them aside.
  • In a bowl, mix together the cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, green onions, cilantro, and garlic.
  • Use a spoon to gently fill the jalapeno halves with the cheese mixture, top with the cooked baked bits.
  • Place all the filled jalapenos onto the lined baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.
