- 1 Cup Water
- 1 Cup Powdered Erythritol (or any powdered sweetener)
- 1 1/2 tsp Xanthan Gum
- 1/2 tbsp Maple Extract (or any fruit extract)
Whisk the Water, Powdered Erithrytol & Maple Extract in a pan.
Bring to the boil, simmer for 5 minutes while stirring.
Pour the mixture into a blender, lightly sprinkle half of the Xantham Gum and blend.
Repeat with the final half of Xantham Gum.
Leave the syrup to stand for a few minutes.
Add more Xantham Gum if the syrup is too thin.
