DONUT BATTER MIX
- 1 Cup Almond Flour
- 1/4 Cup Sweetener
- 2 Tsp Baking Powder
- 1 Tsp Cinnamon
- 1/4 Tsp Sea Salt
- 1/4 Cup Butter
- 1/4 Cup Almond Milk (unsweetened)
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 Tbsp Vanilla Extract
CINNAMON COATING MIXTURE
- 1/2 Cup Sweetener
- 1 Tsp Cinnamon
- 3 Tbsp Butter
DONUT BATTER MIXTURE
Pre heat the oven to 350F/175C
Mix the dry Ingredients in a bowl, Almond Flour, Baking Powder, Cinnamon and Sea Salt
Mix the wet ingredients in another bowl, Butter, Almond Milk, Eggs and Vanilla Extract
Add the wet ingredient mixture into the bowl with the dry ingredients
Divide between the donut tray rings, leaving a gap to allow for the donuts to rise and bake for 15-18 minutes, remove and turn out to cool for 5 minutes
