Low Carb Tortilla Recipe
Made with coconut flour, these tortillas are perfect for the Paleo Diet and the Keto Diet, they are also Gluten Free.

- 6 Eggs
- 1/2 Cup Coconut Flour
- 1 1/4 Cup Almond Milk
- 1/2 tsp Sea Salt
Crack 6 eggs into a mixing bowl.
Add the coconut flour, almond milk and sea salt.
Whisk all the ingredients together until a smooth batter.
Heat a frypan/skillet. add 1/4 cup of the batter, rotate and tilt the skillet to spread the batter evenly over the base.
Cover with a lid and cook for 1-2 minutes, until firm and bubbles form on the surface.
Flip over and cook the other side for a further 1-2 minutes until browned.
Repeat the process with the remaining batter.
