Low Carb Tortilla Recipe

Made with coconut flour, these tortillas are perfect for the Paleo Diet and the Keto Diet, they are also Gluten Free.

Ingredients
  

  • 6 Eggs
  • 1/2 Cup Coconut Flour
  • 1 1/4 Cup Almond Milk
  • 1/2 tsp Sea Salt

Instructions
 

  • Crack 6 eggs into a mixing bowl.
  • Add the coconut flour, almond milk and sea salt.
  • Whisk all the ingredients together until a smooth batter.
  • Heat a frypan/skillet. add 1/4 cup of the batter, rotate and tilt the skillet to spread the batter evenly over the base.
  • Cover with a lid and cook for 1-2 minutes, until firm and bubbles form on the surface.
  • Flip over and cook the other side for a further 1-2 minutes until browned.
  • Repeat the process with the remaining batter.
