Preheat oven to 350F/176C, grease a 6 inch skillet or cake tin.
Place the pecans in the food processor, blitz slowly on full for a few seconds at a time until the pecans are coarsely chopped.
Add the sea salt, baking powder, coconut sugar and cocoa powder, mix again on full for 10-20 seconds until all the dry ingredients are mixed.
Next add the melted butter and 1 egg, mix again on full until fully combined.
Add 1 cup of chocolate chips and mix until the chocolate chips are chopped into small pieces.
Using a spatula, place all the brownie mixture into the greased skillet.
Scatter the remaining chocolate chips over the top.
Place in the preheated oven and bake for 8-10 minutes.
Serve with scoops of ice cream.
