Strawberry Chia Jam

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Strawberries
  • 1 Tbsp Honey or Agave
  • 1-2 Tbsp Chia Seeds

Instructions
 

  • Using a straw, hull all the strawberries to remove the centre.
  • Cut the strawberries into quarters.
  • Place the strawberries in a pan and cook over a medium heat.
  • Add the honey or agave.
  • Stir in the chia seeds.
  • Cook for a further 10-15 minutes until the strawberries are soft and the mixture has thickened.
  • Remove from the heat and allow to cool slightly before pouring into a jar or bowl.
  • Allow to cool and place in the refrigerator.
