Instructions
Using a straw, hull all the strawberries to remove the centre.
Cut the strawberries into quarters.
Place the strawberries in a pan and cook over a medium heat.
Add the honey or agave.
Stir in the chia seeds.
Cook for a further 10-15 minutes until the strawberries are soft and the mixture has thickened.
Remove from the heat and allow to cool slightly before pouring into a jar or bowl.
Allow to cool and place in the refrigerator.
