Ingredients
  

  • 1 Pound Ground Turkey
  • 3 Tablespoons Teriyaki Sauce
  • 1 Egg beaten
  • 1/2 Cup Bread Crumbs
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 6 Burger buns

Instructions
 

  • Place the ground turkey in a large mixing and add the teriyaki sauce, and egg, and lightly mix together.
  • Add the breadcrumbs and well mix, until all the ingredients are fully combined.
  • Form into 6 patties using an ice cream scoop to measure, and flatten to form a pattie.
  • Heat the olive oil in a skillet (or fry pan) and carefully lay the patties in the hot oil.
  • Cook over medium heat for 5-6 minutes on each side or until the patties are browned and thoroughly cooked.
  • Place on a grilled burger bun, with a base of lettuce, tomatoes, and onion, and top with additional teriyaki sauce. Add grilled brown mushroom then top with cheese and arugula.
