Avocado Banana Ice Cream

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2-1 Avocado
  • 1/2 Banana
  • 1 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract or Essence
  • Pinch Salt
  • 1 Cup Condensed Milk

Instructions
 

  • Scoop the avocado into the food processor, add the banana and mix for 1-2 minutes until fully combined.
  • In a mixing bowl, pour the heavy whipping cream, add the vanilla and salt, and whisk for 2-3 minutes until the cream thickens.
  • Next add the condensed milk and the avocado and banana mix. Stir together and whisk for a further 2-3 minutes until fully combined.
  • Place in a freezable container and freeze for at least 4 hours.
  • Serve with your favorite dessert or toppings!
