Instructions
Preheat the oven to 425F/220C
In a large mixing bowl, stir together the all purpose flour, white sugar and salt.
Add the vegetable oil and mix together using a fork until the mixture forms small lumps.
(Alternatively, you can use a food processor to blend all the ingredients together)
Slowly add the milk and mix using a fork until it resembles a dough.
Remove from the bowl onto a lightly floured surface and fold over 8-10 times.
Using your hands, flatten the dough to 1 inch thickness.
Cut the biscuits using a biscuit cutter (a cup or glass can be used).
Place biscuits on a baking sheet and Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
