This super satisfying egg roll in a bowl has all of the delicious flavors of an egg roll without the need to wrap or fry!

Ingredients
  

  • 400 g Ground Beef
  • 4 Cups Green Cabbage thinly sliced
  • 1 Carrot shredded
  • 1/2 Cups Chopped Onion
  • 1 Cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 Tbsp Coconut Aminos
  • 1/4 Cup Green Onions thinly sliced
  • 2 Tbsp Sesame Oil
  • Salt & Pepper to Taste

Instructions
 

  • Heat the sesame oil in a pan on medium heat.
  • Add the ground beef, salt, and pepper and cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring frequently, until the beef is browned and thoroughly cooked.
  • Next, add the chopped onions, shredded carrots, and minced garlic. Cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring frequently until the onions are browned.
  • Add in the thinly sliced green cabbage and mix everything well.
  • Cook for a further 7-8 minutes, until the cabbage begins to soften.
  • Serve in a bowl and garnish with the sliced green onions.
