Instructions
Heat the sesame oil in a pan on medium heat.
Add the ground beef, salt, and pepper and cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring frequently, until the beef is browned and thoroughly cooked.
Next, add the chopped onions, shredded carrots, and minced garlic. Cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring frequently until the onions are browned.
Add in the thinly sliced green cabbage and mix everything well.
Cook for a further 7-8 minutes, until the cabbage begins to soften.
Serve in a bowl and garnish with the sliced green onions.
