For The Easy Guacamole
1/2
Mashed Avocado
Juice of half a lime
Pinch
of Sea Salt
Instructions
Preheat the oven to /175C, and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix all the seeds together with the water and seasonings, and let the mixture sit for 5 minutes.
Spread the seed mixture evenly on the baking sheet until flat.
Bake for 30 minutes, then remove from the oven, cut into squares, and flip them over, then bake for a further 15 minutes until crisp and browned.
While the crackers are baking combine all the guacamole ingredients in a bowl, and mash until smooth.
Remove the crackers from the oven and allow them to cool, serve 2 crackers with a dollop of guacamole.
