SIMPLE NAAN BREAD RECIPE
This simple naan bread recipe really is the simplest ever, with only 2 ingredients, self-raising flour and yogurt, it uses no yeast!

- 260 g Self Raising Flour
- 200 g Greek Yogurt
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 Tbsp Butter melted
Mix together the flour and salt in a mixing bowl.
Add the greek yogurt and mix until fully combined.
Using your hands, work the mixture for 5-7 minutes until it forms a dough.
Place the dough on a floured surface, cut or break into 6 roughly even portions. roll out each piece into a 6″ circle.
Heat a dry (no oil) skillet or frypan on high heat. The pan needs to be very hot to cook the naans.
Place the naan into the hot skillet, and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side. When it starts to rise and puff up, push and press the air out of the bubbles with a spoon.
Brush the top of each naan with melted butter and serve with, a nice green salad and a side of hummus!
