Instructions
Heat 1 Tbsp of olive oil and 1 Tbsp of butter in a large frypan/skillet.
Add the diced yellow onion, chopped carrot and chopped garlic. Cook for 2-3 minutes until softened.
Break up the ground turkey in to the pan, add the sea salt and black pepper, next add the Paprika Cinnamon and Oregano.
Stir until fully mixed and cook until the ground turkey is browned and fully cooked and the onions are fully softened.
Add the tomato paste and pour in the canned tomatoes. Stir until fully mixed and add the parsley and bay leaves.
Stir well to fully mix together all the ingredients, bring to a simmer. Simmer for a further 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Mix the parmesan cheese through the mixture and serve over pasta.
