For The Tzatziki Sauce

of Organic Greek Yogurt

English Cucumber

Instructions
In a large bowl combine the ground lamb, paprika, sea salt, and pepper and form 4 patties.
Heat the coconut oil in a large pan on medium heat, place the burger patties in the pan, and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side.
In a small mixing bowl, combine the greek yogurt, shredded cucumber, dill, garlic, salt, and pepper.
Remove the burger patties from the pan, and lay them on a bed of green salad, pour some of the tzatziki over the top.
Serve with sliced red onion and tomatoes on the side.
