Vegan Tortilla Chips

  • Pizza Cutter

Ingredients
  

  • 6 Tortillas
  • 3 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Sea Salt optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350F/180C.
  • Cut the tortillas into quarters, or smaller if desired, using a knife or a pizza cutter.
  • Lightly cover all the tortilla pieces with olive oil.
  • Place the tortilla pieces evenly and without overlapping, on the baking sheet.
  • Sprinkle with sea salt (optional).
  • Place the tortillas in the oven for 5-7 minutes, remove and turn them over, add more sea salt if required.
  • Return to the oven for a further 5-7 minutes or until crispy and lightly browned.
  • Allow to cool and serve with guacamole, fresh salsa and salad.
