Yum Yum Sauce Recipe
Perfect for chicken wings or melted over a freshly cooked cut pork chop and oven roasted sweet potatoes. This recipe is an excellent use for them and is easily doubled if making for a crowd.

- 1 tsp Tomato Paste
- 1 Tbsp Butter melted
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/4 tsp Paprika
- 1 1/4 Cups Mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Sugar white
- 1 pinch Cayenne Pepper
- 1/4 Cup Water
In a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients. Tomato paste, melted butter, garlic powder, paprika and mayonnaise, follow with the sugar, cayenne pepper and water.
Using a whisk, mix all the ingredients together until smooth.
Cover the sauce and refrigerate overnight.
Serve with your favorite meat, fish or vegetables.
