Strawberry Chia Jam RECIPE
INGREDIENTS
1 lb Strawberries
1 Tbsp Honey or Agave
1-2 Tbsp Chia Seeds
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Using a straw, hull all the strawberries to remove the centre.
2. Cut the strawberries into quarters.
3. Place the strawberries in a pan and cook over a medium heat.
4. Add the honey or agave.
5. Stir in the chia seeds.
6. Cook for a further 10-15 minutes until the strawberries are soft and the mixture has thickened.
7. Remove from the heat and allow to cool slightly before pouring into a jar or bowl.
8. Allow to cool and place in the refrigerator.
