Slow Cooker Chicken Noodle Soup RECIPE
INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 lb or 2 Large Chicken Breast (skinless & boneless)
1/2 tsp Sea Salt
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
8 Cups Chicken Stock
4 Cloves Garlic (diced)
1 White Onion (diced)
3 Carrots (sliced & halved)
3 Celery Stalks (sliced)
1/2 tsp Thyme
1/2 tsp Rosemary
2 Bay Leaves
8oz Spaghetti
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker and season with the sea salt and black pepper.
2. Pour in the chicken stock.
3. Add the garlic, onion, carrot & celery.
3. Next add the thyme, rosemary and bay leaves.
4. Stir and cover, and cook on low heat for 6-8 hours.
5. Remove the chicken breasts and shred using two forks, then return to the slow cooker.
6. Add the spaghetti, cover and cook on low heat for 20-30 minutes until the spaghetti is al dente.
7. Remove the bay leaves and serve.
