STORAGE
FRIDGE: Place them in an airtight container and store in the fridge for up to 3-5 days.
FREEZER: Place them in an airtight container or in a freezer bag to store them in the freezer for up to 6 months.
REHEAT
Oven: Place on a baking sheet and cover with foil then pop them in the oven for 20 minutes at 350F/180C for 20 minutes.
Microwave: Place them on a microwavable dish or plate and cook for 3 minutes on full power.
Bacon Chicken Recipe With Bacon Crust Recipe
INGREDIENTS
- 4 Chicken Breasts
- 6 Rashers Bacon (cooked and chopped)
- 1 tsp Sea Salt
- 2 Cloves Garlic (chopped)
- 4 Tbsp Mayonnaise
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat the oven to 400F/200C
- Blend the cooked chopped bacon, garlic cloves and the sea salt together
- Fill a bowl with the mayonnaise and dip each chicken breast until fully covered
- Place the bacon, garlic and sea salt mixture on a plate, firmly push each chicken breast into the mixture, try to cover as much af the chicken as possible
- Place all 4 coated chicken breasts in the baking dish
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes or until fully cooked, allow to rest for up to 5 minutes before serving
