How to Make the Best Banana Smoothie Recipe
1. Place all the ingredients, milk, banana, egg, wheat germ, honey, vanilla, and nutmeg in the blender.
2. Blend on full for 1-2 minutes until smooth.
3. Pour into a glass to enjoy right away or store in the fridge until required.
4. Serve sprinkled with Chia Seeds and Chopped Walnuts, and add layers of Sliced Banana and Berries. Or add your choice of favorite toppings.
