1 Cup Brown Sugar
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1 Cup Peanut Butter
2 Cups All Purpose Flour
2 Teaspoons Baking Soda
How to Make Easy Peanut Butter Cookies – No Egg
1. Preheat the oven to 350F/180C, and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
2. Place the white and brown sugars, softened butter, and milk in a large mixing bowl. Mix thoroughly until fully combined.
3. Stir in the vanilla essence and the peanut butter and mix thoroughly.
4. In a mixing bowl, mix the flour and baking soda together.
5. Add the flour mixture to the peanut butter mixture. Stir together to a thick batter.
6. Take a small spoonful of the batter and place it on the lined cookie sheet, let the batter spread slightly, and flatten a little with a fork.
5. Place in the preheated oven and bake for 15 minutes, sprinkle with sugar, and allow to cool.
