INGREDIENTS
6 Jalapenos
1/4 Cup Cheddar Cheese (shredded)
1/2 Cup Cream Cheese
1/4 Cup Green Onions (chopped)
2 Cloves Garlic (minced)
1 Tbsp Cilantro (chopped)
1/2 Cup Bacon Bits (cooked)
INSTRUCTIONS
1.Preheat the oven to 400F/204C.
2. Cut the jalapenos in half, deseed the jalapenos and set them aside.
3. In a bowl, mix together the cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, green onions, cilantro, and garlic.
4. Use a spoon to gently fill the jalapeno halves with the cheese mixture, top with the cooked baked bits.
5. Place all the filled jalapenos onto the lined baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.
