KETO MAPLE SYRUP
This Keto Maple Syrup Recipe is super tasty and easy to make, it uses only 4 ingredients and is ready in less than 10 minutes.
This delicious syrup is practically carb-free with less than 1g of carbohydrates, making it even yummier, so you can simply drizzle as much of the syrup as you wish over your pancakes or waffles.
But if you fancy a different syrup and you want to change the flavor of the keto maple syrup, then simply use a different fruit extract of your choice.
STORAGE
FRIDGE: Place in an airtight container and store in the fridge for up to 6 weeks.
FREEZER: Place in an airtight container and store in the freezer for up to 6 months.
KETO MAPLE SYRUP RECIPE
INGREDIENTS
1 Cup Water
1 Cup Powdered Erythritol (or any powdered sweetener)
1 1/2 tsp Xanthan Gum
1/2 tbsp Maple Extract (or any fruit extract)
DIRECTIONS
1.Whisk the Water, Powdered Erithrytol & Maple Extract in a pan.
2. Bring to the boil, simmer for 5 minutes while stirring.
3. Pour the mixture into a blender, lightly sprinkle half of the Xantham Gum and blend.
4. Repeat with the final half of Xantham Gum.
5. Leave the syrup to stand for a few minutes.
6. Add more Xantham Gum if the syrup is too thin.

INGREDIENTS
1 Cup Almond Flour
2 Tbsp Erythritol (or any Sweetener)
1 tsp Baking Powder
Pinch of Sea Salt
2 Eggs
1/4-1/2 Cup Almond Milk (unsweetened)
2 Tbsp Avocado Oil
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Place all the ingredients, into a mixing bowl.
2. Using a whisk, mix all the ingredients until the mixture forms a smooth batter.
3. Heat a dry frypan or skillet.
4. Using a scoop or a tablespoon, place a circle of the batter mixture into the frypan or skillet.
5. Cook for 1-2 minutes or until it is firm enough to flip over, then using a spatula flip over and cook the other side for a further 1-2 minutes, or until browned to your liking.
6. Repeat with the remaining batter mixture, then serve with fruit and syrup.
